As a health fanatic I use numerous products and love reviewing them.  I always buy products with natural ingredients wherever possible. So I will try to recommend products that are natural particularly if they are for the skin or have to be swallowed.  In my view the body responds much better to natural ingredients.

My main rules when recommending a product are, does it come from a reputable business, do consumers agree that it works, is the price reasonable and are the ingredients natural.  I’ll also highlight if the product comes with a money back guarantee.  A guarantee can be important as it shows the product owner has confidence in their product.
