If you are returning multiple items (bottles, bags, etc.) of the same product we require that only one of the items be opened, the rest of the items must be unopened. We believe that more than one opened item of the same product returned by you indicates customer satisfaction.

This helps us provide better customer service to you, and it creates a record of return that we must have before we can issue any, and all refunds, and, or exchanges.
